1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SAISUN website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Description

SAISUN provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services including but not limited to:

• HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning
• Electrical power distribution and building automation
• Plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
• Energy solutions and sustainability consulting
• Facilities maintenance and operation services
• Clean room and specialized environment engineering

3. Project Agreements

All engineering projects are governed by individual project contracts that specify scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and deliverables. These Terms of Service apply in addition to, and do not replace, specific project agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software is the property of SAISUN and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Engineering designs and drawings produced for clients become the client's property upon full payment as specified in individual project agreements.

5. Professional Standards

SAISUN operates in accordance with:

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards
• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standards
• ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards
• Local building codes and regulations in all jurisdictions of operation
• ASHRAE standards for HVAC design and energy efficiency
• IEC/IEEE standards for electrical systems

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all projects, SAISUN's liability is limited to the value of the specific services contracted. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Warranty

SAISUN provides warranties on installation workmanship as specified in individual project agreements, typically 12–24 months from the date of successful commissioning. Equipment warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client project information, technical specifications, and business data. Our employees and subcontractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

9. Force Majeure

SAISUN shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
